Thanks to Amadeus’ Agent Pay innovation travelers can also choose to pay with PayPal at the call center or even in face-to-face environments, with a secure link to make payment provided by the agent. But the onset of the pandemic brought new challenges, for which PayPal‘s service is uniquely suited.
