Airlines Reporting Corp. (ARC) has acquired a majority interest in NuTravel, a technology company that provides corporate retailing solutions for airlines. Terms of the deal, including what percentage of NuTravel ARC now owns, have not been disclosed. NuTravel will operate as an independent subsidiary of ARC.
