Oman to turn old port into major tourism hub

Oman has hired Dubai luxury property developer Damac International to turn its historic port into a major tourism and lifestyle haven.Master planning and other work has been awarded to multidisciplinary design firm, SSH.The plan is to breathe new life into 200-year-old Port Sultan Qaboos.Damac was picked by the Oman Tourism Development Company SAOC (Omran) to develop Port Sultan Qaboos into a world-class, mixed-use waterfront destination and to make the port a new tourism hub for Oman.

Fareportal's OTAs Become the First in the United States to Offer Arajet Flights

The Dominican Republic's newest national carrier, Arajet, is now being offered for flights by CheapOair and OneTravel, the first online travel agencies in the US to do so.
