Avoya Travel as of late launched new communication technology as a component of the Avoya platform named Avoya Conversations. Avoya Conversations offers Independent Agencies in the Avoya Network the alternative to speak with clients by means of instant message through a simple to-utilize framework that is coordinated into Avoya's protected SaaS technology, Agent Power.
The initial rollout of the new technology highlights text messaging, while future phases will incorporate different completely coordinated correspondence choices including live chat, third-party applications like WhatsApp and more.
Avoya Conversations is intended to be a traveler-driven help pointed toward offering communication alternatives dependent on every traveler's individual communication preferences (for example text, email, phone, etc.) The combination of the technology into Avoya's foundation considers constant communication through the Agent Power CRM, where travelers and Independent Agencies in the Avoya Network can connect directly.

Travel + Leisure Co. will hold its 2021 Investor Day on September 10, 2021, to provide an update on the company’s strategy and outlook. The presentation will outline the company’s strategy to grow its cornerstone timeshare and vacation exchange businesses, and to develop new business extensions to broaden its reach into the leisure travel market.
The event will be hosted by Michael D. Brown, president and CEO of Travel + Leisure Co., and feature presentations by Geoff Richards, chief operating officer of Wyndham Destinations, Fiona Downing, senior managing director of Panorama, Olivier Chavy, president of Panorama, Noah Brodsky, president of Travel + Leisure Group, and Mike Hug, chief financial officer.

As the tourism industry looks to the future of travel following the COVID-19 pandemic, G Adventures has unveiled a new ‘Travel with Confidence’ policy, which introduces new safety procedures across all future G Adventures trips. Designed to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both travellers and employees, while continuing to deliver the adventure of a lifetime, the policy includes new social distancing and hygiene measures, which will be in place from the moment travellers join a trip until they depart.
Working with its global supplier network, the new policy encompasses transportation, where travellers eat, accommodation and activities on the ground.
