Relay Partners With Kinseth Hospitality Companies
Relay stated that it would deploy its wearable, highly customizable associate alert devices across 101 Kinseth Hospitality Company (KHC)-managed properties in the Midwest and Southern areas with over 2000 associates. Relay is the primary choice for hoteliers looking to adhere to the AHLA 5-star Promise, which aims to increase staff safety and comply with panic button regulations imposed by an increasing number of governments.
Kinseth Hospitality, headquartered in Coralville, Iowa, represents award-winning select-service and full-service hotels, restaurants, caterers, and conference facilities in 15 states. Kinseth Hospitality represents several well-known and award-winning hotel and event brands, including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Radisson, Best Western, and Wyndham, as well as the Sioux City Convention Center, Twelve01 Kitchen & Tap, Rock Island Ale House, River Rock Kitchen & Tap, and McKnight's Kitchen & Tap.
The Relay will become Kinseth Hospitality Companies' exclusive alert device partner, installing Relay's next-generation, voice-first technology throughout Alabama, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Employees in management, guest services, cleaning, maintenance, and restaurant front-of-house and back-of-house will access the pocket-sized, easy-to-use tablet.
The agreement adds to Relay's increasing list of properties, management organizations, and brands who have chosen the platform for its all-in-one functionality.
Relay devices run on WiFi and 4G networks, allowing for seamless communication. In addition, a nationwide organization like Kinseth Hospitality recognizes the devices' data, analytics, and mapping capabilities and their capacity to link into complex operations systems.
Across the country, hotel unions and state and municipal governments seek laws to ensure hospitality professionals' safety by introducing panic buttons.
