prweb | April 12, 2023

Nomadix Inc., bringing connected experiences to life, today introduced its latest Cloud Telephony solution that will be offered through a disruptive per-property price model for the hospitality market. Available as a module of the Nomadix suite of internet gateways, the cloud-based, single-source telephony service is designed for properties of all sizes across the US and coming soon for Europe and APAC. It will be showcased in booth #524 at the AAHOACON convention April 11-14, in Los Angeles. Replacing the hospitality industry standard of price per-extension or per-room, Nomadix is introducing a simplified offering for small, medium and large properties. The solution is compatible with various SIP phones, allows properties to reuse analog guest room phones and integrates with most PMS services. It also adheres to the stringent brand and legal standards. “Hospitality organizations recognize the importance of communications and connectivity to deliver on top business objectives and remain competitive. This is reflected in IDC data showing that the majority of hospitality enterprises plan to increase spend in communications technology in 2023.* To ensure customer satisfaction and employee productivity are in lock-step while driving business outcomes like increased revenue and customer lifetime value, brands need to have robust, affordable and seamless communications platforms for both front- and back-of-house,” said Dorothy Creamer, Research Manager at IDC Research, Hospitality & Travel Digital Transformation Strategies. (*Source: Future Enterprise Resiliency & Spending Survey - Wave 12, IDC, January 2023) “We have been the experts in providing dynamic internet bandwidth allocation for hotels through our suite of gateways over the past 25 years. When choosing an internet-based telephony service, trust in the vendor and the quality and reliability of the network are critical components, so it’s a natural extension of our business to offer our Cloud Telephony solution,” said Speleos Dravillas, chief revenue officer at Nomadix. “We are excited to introduce this new offering with competitive per-property price bundles to make it simple and affordable for hotels to adopt.” Nomadix internet gateways are a powerful standard for the hotel network and now feature the Cloud Telephony service, adding to the Firewall module and security enhancements announced last month.
