Key Travel bolsters North American leadership team

Non-profit sector specialist Key Travel has made several new appointments to its senior leadership team in Philadelphia in the US. Kevin Brown has been appointed as SVP of sales for North America. He joins from Travel Leaders, where he held the position of VP multinational sales development. Previously, Brown spent 10 years at Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), where he was VP global and strategic sales. Meanwhile, Cherie Bachman joins as VP of operations for North America. Bachman has 30 years experience in the travel industry, responsible for customer service teams across the US. Most recently, she was senior director of Call Centers at Travel Impressions (owned by American Express and Bain Capital).
