New Orleans travel costs to rise as Eagles-Saints game approaches
If you're interested in heading to the Big Easy for the big Philadelphia Eagles' playoff game against the New Orleans Saints, experts say you shouldn't wait too long to book. Liberty Travel Agent Gabby Correll said prices are likely to go up the closer it gets to Sunday's game. As of Monday morning, the cheapest ticket on StubHub was $170. The most expensive was around $2,000. "It's a great time to use a travel agency because just last week I had someone looking into flying to Chicago but they couldn't afford it because flights were running close $1,000 out of Philly. I was able to find flights out of Allentown into Milwaukee," said Correll. Correll said non-stop flights are the most risk-adverse, but could be more costly. "Nonstop flights are going to be the most ideal. There are still flights available," Correll said.
