San Antonio among the most affordable travel destinations in the US, according to study

According to a study conducted by SmartAsset, San Antonio ranked very high on a list of most affordable places to visit.SmartAsset estimated the costs of a vacation for a family of four as well as for one person. The site looked at the cost of hotels, flights, car rentals and meals in 48 cities.
San Antonio ranked high because flights tend to be cheap, quality food can be affordable and there are hundreds of attractions to choose from. It ranked seventh on the list of most affordable places to travel to visit for a family of four, and overall in the U.S., and eighth on the list of most affordable places to travel to visit for a single person.
