Results of this 23rd annual readers' survey, in which discerning Travel + Leisure readers rated their experiences, are now featured on www.TravelandLeisure.com/worlds-best and span 86 category lists, including worldwide rankings, such as Top Cities Overall, with San Miguel de Allende, Mexico; Oaxaca, Mexico; and Udaipur, India, ranking one through three; and regional lists, such as Top Resort Hotels in the Continental U.S., with The Lodge at Edgewood Tahoe in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, taking the No. 1 spot, followed by The Lodge and Spa at Brush Creek Ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming, and Twin Farms in Barnard, Vermont.
