TRZMO | June 28, 2022

Travel Super App Innovator,
TRZMO has launched version 2.0 of its travel super-app at Phocuswright Europe 2022, the leading global travel conference. A highlight of the new version of the TRZMO app is the new 'Moments' feature which allows users to capture images with GPS data and share memories in their travel diary within the app. These Moments can be shared in the future on the TRZMO app and other social platforms. The app is free on Apple App store and Google Play store for a limited time to celebrate the exciting new 'Moments' feature. Moments helps to capture images of destinations and experiences to include in the TRZMO trip timeline. For each trip, users can add 'Moments' to look back on or share amazing discoveries made on a trip – from a hidden gem of a restaurant to a little known beach or a local shop that doesn't have a website, but deserves to be shared. The 'Moments' feature is also valuable for business travelers to record business expenses.

This new feature makes the TRZMO app more engaging, and makes travel more interactive amongst people along for the trip, or looking for travel inspiration, recommendations or ideas of what to do, eat or experience.

'Moments' on TRZMO allow a traveler to record treasured experiences with a personal note or reflection right in the app which places it thoughtfully in the context of a trip, rather than just having photos lost in the shuffle of a smartphone album.

"Since the launch of our strategic advisory board and funding of $1.2 million in Q1 2022, TRZMO has been committed to evolving our free flagship app into a true travel super-app. It replaces multiple apps with one dashboard to manage flight updates, gate changes, ground transport, loyalty programs and a myriad of travel logistics from duty-free shopping to dining, weather and time-zones coupled with AI-driven, real-time recommendations and special offers. The new Moments feature is a game-changer, making the app more personalized, inspiring and engaging,"

-Myank Jain, Founder and CEO of TRZMO.AI

Advisory Board members include Josh Wiess, an angel investor focusing on early stage tech start-ups and Conor O'Mahoney, a proven travel industry entrepreneur and innovator, and a member of Hub Angel Investment Group.

388 Ventures and Life House Announce Opening of The Lenox Collection in the Berkshires

388 Venture | May 27, 2022

Following extensive renovations, three storied boutique properties located in downtown Lenox are reopening together as part of The Lenox Collection, a newly reimagined family of inns connected by their deep historical roots in the town and elevated contextual design. As part of the reopening is Ophelia's, a 66-seat restaurant and bar offering farm-to-table comfort food in an intimate indoor-outdoor setting, with locally sourced ingredients and curated cocktail list. New York-based firm 388 Ventures acquired the properties in 2021 and brought on independent hotel management company, Life House, to lead design and branding, as well as oversee all hotel and F&B operations leveraging their tech-enabled management platform. At the heart of the collection is the Whitlock - formally The Church Street Inn - built in 1771 by John Whitlock, a local farmer who turned his two-room farmhouse into an inn for stagecoach travelers. The property now takes cues from its natural surroundings with a rustic and warm feel reminiscent of its farmhouse origins. The Whitlock’s bar and restaurant, Ophelia’s, pays homage to the ingredients and labors of the hotel’s namesake. With locally-inspired farm-to-table cuisine with dishes featuring herbs & garnishes from local purveyors, Ophelia’s is already becoming a favorite among locals, guests, and downtown passerbys. Located in the historic center of town is The Constance - formally the Rookwood Inn - which was built in 1825 as The Williams Tavern. In the 1880s it was purchased by Frederick Constance Peters, a businessman from England, who turned the property into ancillary lodging for owners of Lenox’s famed Gilded Age estates. The inn has been completely reimagined with an extensive renovation to restore and enhance the elegant charm and whimsical character of the storied property with the benefit of modern guest amenities. On the north side of town is The Dewey - formally the Birchwood Inn - which was originally built by Israel Dewey, a founding member of Lenox’s Continental Congress Committee when the town was incorporated in 1767. Over the years, the site has taken on many lives, owned by various influential figures in the Berkshires. Today, the newly-reappointed inn carries on its rich tradition of hospitality with elevated guest room interiors and stately common areas. About Life House Life House is a vertically integrated hotel software & operations platform focused on increasing profitability and reliability for independent hoteliers. Life House was founded in 2017 as one of the only vertically integrated asset-light hotel companies backed by institutional venture and private equity investors. The company is ambitiously investing in operational systems to make it far more profitable, predictable, and seamless for owners while making the guest experience more reliable for travelers. Today the company has nearly 60 hotels in its portfolio across North America. For more information visit www.life-house.com. Smart approach to travel retailing puts Sabre on IATA's Airline Retailing Maturity index

Sabre Corporation | May 17, 2022

Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR), a leading software and technology provider that powers the global travel industry, has been recognized as a system provider for both airlines and travel sellers in the International Air Transport Association's (IATA's) Airline Retailing Maturity (ARM) index. This recognition is a testament to Sabre's focus on developing scalable capabilities to power more personalized travel retailing that benefits the travel ecosystem. "Airline retailing means placing the customer at the center of the air travel shop/order/pay ecosystem. We are excited to see Sabre's strong alignment with this vision as a recognized System Provider in the ARM index" -Yanik Hoyles, IATA's Director Distribution Designed to assess the maturity of industry players in the journey to airline retailing, the ARM index replaces the previous IATA New Distribution Capability (NDC) and ONE Order certifications and expands the scope of the program beyond technical standards to recognize the benefits of value chain collaboration and value creation. Introduced in November 2021, the program is built on three pillars: Capabilities Verification to measure the technical abilities for shop, order, pay, settle, account, and set up; Partnerships Deployment to determine the scalability of NDC-enabled offers across the value chain; and Value Capture Compass to track potential value captured along the retail transformation journey. "We are very proud of Sabre's inclusion in the ARM index and we wholeheartedly welcome IATA's move toward a more layered and multi-faceted view of airline retailing From its early days, we've approached NDC as a technical basis to deliver a more personalized traveler experience. We named our program "Beyond NDC" to signal a focus not only on ticking boxes on a technical capability checklist, but also on a longer-term retailing vision. Sitting at the crossroads of travel, we seek to listen to our customers on both the supply and demand sides of our travel marketplace, integrate their feedback, and innovate across our portfolio so that our products scale end-to-end, not just for individual players in the ecosystem." -Kathy Morgan, Vice President, Channel Delivery, Sabre Travel Solutions. Sabre has a busy NDC roadmap laid out for the remainder of 2022 to continue to advance our capabilities. Dynamic air pricing for NDC offers will become available with the recently launched Air Price IQ ™ product within the Sabre Retail Intelligence suite, enabling airlines to optimize offers in real-time with leading machine learning and data analytics capabilities. Support for exchanges will be added to the current cancel, void and refund capabilities, providing robust servicing functionality. Radixx, which provides solutions for low-cost carrier airlines, is expected to also become certified under the ARM index later this year as an airline IT provider. Sabre is in discussions with more than 25 leading airlines about selling their NDC offers through its marketplace. In addition to Singapore Airlines and Qantas – which combined are active in 50 countries and are starting to roll out their NDC content across North and South America – Sabre is actively engaged many other airlines. NDC offers from these airlines will be available in the coming months through Sabre's Offer and Order APIs, agency point of sale, Sabre Red 360, and online booking tool, GetThere.
