The Adventure Travel Trade Association and Switzerland Tourism have shared a strong relationship within adventure travel and sustainable tourism for many years. For the first time ever, we will be returning to a destination to celebrate the ten year anniversary of our 2012 Adventure Travel World Summit held in Lucerne Switzerland. On 3-6 October 2022 we will gather together in the iconic area of Lugano, a region of Ticino, Switzerland to hear from inspirational speakers, engage in networking opportunities, meet others in Marketplace and MediaConnect, and even have the opportunity to take a mid-afternoon urban swim in Lake Lugano. The primary focus will be centered on Sustainable Tourism, with the Summit theme convening around the elements of fire, water, air, and earth
